Coach dashboard and practice insights
The coach dashboard brings together your current families, support status and practice-level insights. Use it to see who may need attention and to understand broad patterns across your work.
Who this guide is for
This guide is for coaches. The mobile coach workspace focuses on day-to-day family work, while the coach portal provides more detailed practice insights.
What you can do
From the mobile coach workspace, you can:
- see current families and their support status;
- view today's logged sleep and any running sleep timer;
- notice recent or unseen activity;
- search, filter and sort your family list; and
- open family view, session prep or messaging when available.
From the coach portal, you can:
- choose a reporting period;
- compare current, active, new and worked-with family counts;
- open a metric to see how it is calculated; and
- review broad profile and age-group charts.
Find a family on mobile
- Open the coach dashboard or full family list.
- Search by family, baby or team label.
- Use the status or team-label filters to narrow the list.
- Sort the results if needed.
- Choose a family to open the appropriate coach action.
The summary distinguishes families active now from the wider current list. Paused or not-yet-started families can still be current even though they are not active today.
Review practice figures
- Open the dashboard in the coach portal.
- Choose Past 30 days, a calendar month, all time, or a custom range.
- Review the main cards.
- Open a card to read How it is calculated and see any family detail you are allowed to view.
The main figures mean:
- Current — families on your current list today, including paused and not-yet-started support.
- Active — families whose support was active at some point in the chosen period.
- New — families whose support started in the chosen period.
- Worked with — the total number of families you have supported over time.
Changing the date range affects Active and New, but not the Current figure.
Review profile insights
The profile area can show broad patterns such as feeding method, co-sleeping, child gender and age groups. You can switch between current families and all-family totals where that option is offered.
These figures describe the data available in the product. They are not medical conclusions or proof that one action caused an outcome.
Privacy and small groups
- Historical totals may include former families, but their names and records are not shown.
- An age group needs at least three families before its averages or family detail are displayed.
- No data means there was not enough suitable information. It does not mean a value of zero.
- Only activity recorded during the relevant coach support period contributes to the coach's figures.
If something goes wrong
- If the page is loading, wait for the selected period to finish refreshing.
- If a range fails to load, retry it; do not rely on figures left from another range.
- If an average is missing, the group may be too small or may not contain enough logged data.
- If mobile refresh times out, stay in the coach workspace and try refresh again.
