Baby profiles keep care records, timers, Analysis and Allergy Ladders connected to the right child.

• Families adding or managing babies on their account.
• Authorized coaches working with an existing baby.

1. Open the family side menu.
2. Choose Add baby.
3. Enter the baby's name and birthday.
4. Optionally choose a gender and profile image.
5. Save the profile.

The new baby becomes the selected baby, ready for tracking and other baby-specific features.

If the profile saves but the image upload fails, the baby is still created. The editor stays available so you can retry the image without creating a duplicate profile.

Family members can open the baby editor from the family menu or by selecting the baby's image on Home.

You can change the name, birthday, gender or image. The name and birthday are required. Images are private and are displayed only to people who have access to that family.

If an image cannot be displayed, the app uses a baby icon instead.

Use the baby switcher in the family menu. Your selected baby is then used for:

• Family Home and recent activity;
• all care trackers and timers;
• Analysis;
• Allergy Ladders; and
• other baby-specific care screens.

Always check the baby name at the top of a tracker before saving an activity.

If the previously selected baby is no longer available, the app selects another baby on the account when possible. When there are no babies, it shows an empty state and asks you to add one.

Deleting a baby cannot be undone in the app. It removes that baby's profile, activities, active timers and Allergy Ladders.

1. Open the baby editor as a family member.
2. Choose the delete option.
3. Read the warning and confirm only if you intend to remove all of that baby's records.

If another baby remains, the app keeps the current valid selection or chooses the first remaining baby. Coaches cannot delete family baby profiles.

An assigned coach can view babies belonging to a family they currently support. When write access is allowed, the coach can edit the name and birthday of an existing baby from the coach family view.

Coaches cannot create or delete a family's baby profiles. Switching babies while viewing a family changes only the coach's current view and does not alter the family's selected baby.

• Save is unavailable: enter both a name and birthday.
• Image upload failed: keep the saved profile and retry the image with a stable connection.
• Wrong baby's records appear: stop editing, use the baby switcher and check the name before continuing.
• Coach cannot edit: the current relationship may be read-only or may have ended.
• A deleted baby still appears briefly: refresh Home; do not create new entries until the correct selection is shown.
