Create an account and sign in
Use this guide to create your Littles Baby Tracker account, sign in again, or recover a forgotten password.
Who this guide is for
- Families who want to track a baby's care.
- Coaches who support families.
- Platform owners who need to open the separate owner portal securely.
- Existing users who need help signing in.
Create a family account
- Open the app and move through the short introduction.
- Choose Create Account, then choose the family option.
- Enter your name, email address and a password.
- Type your email address again in Confirm email. The two entries must match before Create Family Account becomes available; capital letters and spaces around the address do not count as a difference.
- Read and accept the required Terms and Privacy information.
- Choose whether you want optional hints, product news or offers. These choices are off unless you turn them on, and you can change them later.
- Press Create Family Account.
- Before Family Home opens, a short full-screen setup asks one optional question: Where did you hear about us? Choices appear as cards and include From my sleep coach.
- Choose a card or use Skip. If you choose Other, you may add a short explanation without names or contact details; the explanation is optional too.
- Create the first baby profile. Enter the baby's name and birthday; gender and a profile image are optional.
The progress marker at the bottom shows the optional registration question. Families are not asked for a country. After you choose or skip, Finishing setup… remains visible while the secure account setup completes. The required baby-profile screen then stays open until the first profile is saved. You may sign out if you used the wrong account, but you cannot open Family Home without a baby profile. If registration began from a coach invitation, the app returns to that invitation only after the baby is created.
If email confirmation is required, open the message sent to your email address. The app keeps valid setup progress in the same browser and resumes before Family Home. If you confirm on another device or clear the app's local data, the app asks you to choose Family or Coach again rather than guessing. You can also sign out from that recovery screen if you used the wrong account.
Create a coach account
- In the mobile app, choose Create Account, then choose the coach option.
- Enter your name, email address and a password.
- Type your email address again in Confirm email. The two entries must match before Create Coach Account becomes available; capital letters and spaces around the address do not count as a difference.
- Read and accept the required Terms, Privacy information and Coach Terms of Use.
- Press Create Coach Account.
- Before Coach Home opens, complete or skip two optional full-screen setup steps. First choose Where did you hear about us? from professional discovery cards. Other can include an optional short explanation.
- Next, choose your Business country or region from the country list, or use Skip.
The progress marker at the bottom shows which of the two steps you are on. On the second step, Back lets you revise the first answer. Each question can be skipped on its own, and Skip all for now completes account setup immediately while keeping any earlier answer you already chose.
You can update your practice details and correct or clear your business country after signing in. Creating an account does not automatically start a paid coach plan; see Subscriptions and premium access.
The coach web portal is for signing in to an existing coach account. New coaches create their account through the mobile app.
- Choose Log In.
- Enter the email address and password used for your account.
- Submit the form.
The app opens the correct family or coach workspace for your account. If you followed an invitation link, it should return you to that invitation after sign-in.
Owner portal two-factor authentication
An owner who also has a family profile can use their own family tracker without an authenticator code. That family session cannot open coach or owner tools. The separate owner portal still requires two-factor authentication.
Owner accounts must complete two-factor authentication before any owner data opens.
When signed out, every owner portal address shows the owner sign-in form. Owner menus and platform modules remain hidden until the account is authenticated, confirmed as an owner and has completed two-factor authentication.
The first time an owner signs in:
- Enter the owner email address and password in the owner portal.
- Choose Set up authenticator.
- Scan the QR code with 1Password, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or another authenticator app. If scanning is unavailable, enter the displayed manual setup key.
- Enter the current six-digit code and choose Enable and continue.
On later sign-ins, enter the current six-digit code from the enrolled authenticator app and choose Verify and continue. There is no skip option for owner accounts.
An email code is not available as the owner account's second factor. Supabase treats email one-time codes and email links as ordinary sign-in methods rather than the stronger second-factor verification required by the owner portal.
Keep the authenticator device and account protected. Recovery codes are not available in the current Supabase TOTP flow. If the only authenticator is lost, contact the platform's authorized Supabase administrator for identity verification and factor recovery; do not create or share a replacement owner account.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the login screen, choose Forgot password?
- Enter your account email address.
- Open the recovery email and follow its link.
- Enter the new password twice. It must contain at least eight characters.
If you ask again within a minute, the app still shows Check your email and notes that a link was already requested for that address, rather than reporting an error.
Recovery links expire, so request a new email if an older link no longer works.
Things to know
- Sign in with your email address and password.
- Family and coach accounts open different workspaces.
- Owner accounts use the separate owner portal and always require an authenticator-app code after the password.
- Every demographic setup question is optional. The first baby profile is required for a family account; its name and birthday cannot be skipped.
- Business country is requested only from coaches. A skipped coach country appears as Unknown in the platform owner's aggregate Coach Growth report until the coach supplies it later; the report does not expose the answer as a personal profile.
- The app does not open Family Home or Coach Home until secure platform account setup has finished. If setup is interrupted, reopen the app in the same browser/device to resume or retry.
- A saved sign-in is kept in the app's protected browser storage on this device. A temporary storage or connection delay does not by itself sign you out.
- On the phone app, opening the app shows your account straight from this device while the sign-in is confirmed in the background. You can start reading immediately. If confirming finds that the sign-in is no longer valid, the app signs you out and says so.
- Waiting for connection appears instead of the usual progress when the phone tells the app there is no usable connection at all. Nothing is wrong with your account; the app waits and continues by itself the moment the connection returns.
- Reconnecting… appears briefly at the top while the app confirms a sign-in it has shown you from this device. Offline. Showing what's saved on this phone. replaces it when the connection is unavailable, so you can tell shown-from-this-device information from freshly loaded information.
- If setup details cannot be recovered after sign-in, choose the account type you originally intended. Communication preferences default off in this recovery path and can be changed later. Choose Sign out and use another account if the signed-in address is not the one you intended.
- Signing out ends your session but does not delete your account or care records.
If something goes wrong
- No confirmation email: check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the address was typed correctly.
- Password rejected: check for typing errors, then use password recovery if needed.
- Recovery link expired: return to login and request another recovery email.
- Sign-in succeeds but the workspace does not open: retry when you have a stable connection. If the problem continues, use the login-help option shown after repeated failed attempts.
- Still connecting: the app shows progress promptly if restoring the saved sign-in takes unusually long. It keeps trying by itself and usually finishes without you doing anything. Retry is offered as well, and appears and stays when the app can tell the connection itself is unavailable. This message does not mean the connection failed. Your sign-in remains saved while the app retries; do not enter the password again unless the app explicitly confirms that the session is invalid.
- Returning after the app was in the background: allow the app to reconnect in the foreground. It retries a temporary sign-in connection failure by itself, without clearing your saved sign-in, and resumes on its own when the connection comes back. If the connection remains unavailable, use Retry when offered. An unavailable connection does not itself mean your password is wrong.
- Owner code rejected: wait for the next code, check that the device clock is set automatically, and try again. Codes contain six digits and change every 30 seconds.
- Owner authenticator lost: contact the authorized platform administrator. Owner access cannot bypass the second factor.
- Wrong workspace appears: sign out and make sure you are using the account intended for that family or practice.
